Food: Beef. I usually have my fair share, but that's all I've been eating lately it seems like.

Drink: Fuckin' vodka. Cheap, expensive, whatever. As long as it's 80 proof.

TV: Not much of a regular TV watcher, but I have been digging on the Comcast OnDemand thing. I recently downloaded Trivium, Macheen Head, 3 Inches Of Blood, INXS and Van Halen videos, in addition to some absolutely awesome behind the scenes shit for NFL head coaches from the NFL Network (normally a pay channel). It's a cool feature if you dink around with it a bit. Plus, the selection always changes. I once dl'd an Emperor video when I first discovered it.

Music: The usual Deep Purple/Rainbow-ish proto-metal, and a lot of Priest. Oh, I suppose Maiden too - been listening to an awful lot of Somewhere In Time and I just bought Killers (yeah, I know...I "just" bought Killers) so those have been in heavy rotation. So I'm still in my trad-metal phase, I guess.

DVD: Speaking of Maiden, that Iron Maiden: The Early Years DVD has an awesome 90 minute or whatever Rockumentary on it. Go buy or borrow it if you can. It's pretty in depth, and almost all the old guys before the first album lineup are in it. It's a real cool insight into the beginnings of this monster that became Maiden (or My-den as Harris says a thousand times innit).

Food: BBQ. Brianas dad made some killer ribs and chicken the other night. A-freakin-mazing. He also added some spanish rice to the mix that was chock full of jalepenos. Spicy as hell, but well worth it. Bri made some kick ass pork chops a few nights back, flavored with peach preserves and ginger. I added some hot sauce to them and it was killer. I am looking forward to the first official Rockfist! BBQ. That is gonna rule!

Music: speaking of Rockfist!, i have been listening to a lot of obscure hair metal and hard rock (well, not obscure to some). Bands like Hurricane, Britny Fox, Lillian Axe, Tyketto, etc... Europe and Judas Priest, plus some Frehleys Comet and Metal Church. I can't wait to hear Felicia rock some Judas Priest with us.

TV: Baseball, baseball and uh....baseball! Can't get me away from it. Memorial Day had some great games on. Other than that, Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein came from Netflix a few days ago. Classics. Metal Mania has been a must see. There i am with my notepad, taking down what songs would be cool to cover. *note to self: never cover Krokus or listen to them EVER.

music: Drive By Truckers have been in my player a lot, along w/ some Johnny Cash, a dash of ryan adams, and the the new John Wesley CD is quite good.

dvd: just bought a Johnny Cash DVD from the Montreaux festival in 1994. Should be fuckin' incredible just haven't got to watching it yet.

Food: Summertime is here, therefore most of the meat I eat is off the grill! steaks, chops, burgers, brats, as long as it's seared over charcoal! I've also been on an odd mexican kick lately, which has been kicking my ass, but I can't help myself.

drink: diet pepsi, diet dr. pepper or sprite. big U dosen't do the booze.

TV: since the summer season has arrived, and all the good shows hit their season finales, I haven't been watching much. more movies than anything.

Books: people still read these things? hehe j/k I really haven't read a good book lately. I finished the Tolkien books a while back. Dean Koontz has a new one out I wanna check out. And I'm anxiously awaiting the new Harry Potter book! laugh.gif

Music: as of late, I've been on a big BLS kick. 1919 Eternal, Mafia, and Blessed Hellride have been on regular rotation, as well as the Rockstar soundtrack. Been checking out a few new bands.

DVD: When Veeeen's right, he's right. I recently got the Maiden early years DVD too, and it's phucking phenominal!

anyway, that's about it for me. See ya's saturday!

The Aaaahj @ work- 06-09-2005
Malmstrom, I think you forgot to copy Friends in that quote.

I for one do NOT love Raymond. I'd like to disembowel him.

Malmstorm!- 06-09-2005
Because i am the king of hypocrites: i like Friends. *dodges rotten apples*

Mountain Dew? Bleccch. I'll take the crab juice.

I think maybe, just MAYBE, it might be time to quit bitching about the smoking ban. It wasn't a personal attack on you, Brian.

God, you're starting to sound like Earl! And isn't that fucking scary...

Big Unit- 06-13-2005
(here's me looking clueless again) blink.gif I didn't even know you smoked brian.

As for Darma and Greg, I watched it once. at the end, I critiqued with the phrase: there's a half hour of my life I'll never get back."

Word to Brian on the Orgazmo special edition. I laughed to tears when they hit the little old lady on the walker with the Orgazmo-ray!
