So I'm listening to burden of hope today while laying around. I fell asleep around track 4 or so(I had been up for 23hrs on weds-thurs) and I woke up on track 10 around the part where someone sings "try" and holds it. Anyway, the thing that really woke me up was at 5min 15sec, there is a guitar part that sounded a lot like Piggy.
I guess I hadn't really listened to the cd very closely before(Brian knows I'm picky).
Lately I've been listening to a LOT of Voivod, so that guitar part rocks!

NothingFace, hands down the best production and best songs. It also gets me nostalgic for when I played with Channels(a band I was in that was very influenced by Voivod).I think I'll go listen to the demo we made.

ps. who is who? I can never tell which person is Brian or Glen or anyone else(except AJ)

if it is the quick high chord with the wah pedal, then yeah - it was EXACTLY supposed to be a piggy thing. we even call it the voivod thing!

dimension hatross will always be my favorite voivod album, followed by nothingface
